PRP will work with a client to analyze the company's objectives and design a program to meet its goals. We provide cost projection and benefit illustrations enabling employers to understand available alternatives and make enlightened decisions.

DOCUMENTATION

When the specifics of a retirement plan have been determined, plan documents can be prepared by our office, or we can work with the client's attorney to develop these documents

PLAN INSTALLATION SERVICES

At the time a Plan is to be installed, a member of our staff will be available to meet with employees to explain the new plan and answer any questions which may arise.

ACTUARIAL SERVICES

Actuarial valuations to determine funding requirements and deductibility limits. These are valuations are performed by an in house Company employee: Benefit valuations for individual employees; Forecasting and analysis of future benefits and contributions.

ADMINISTRATION SERVICES
  • Completion of required annual reports for Internal Revenue Service, Department of Labor and Pension Benefit Guaranty Corporation
  • Determination of eligibility and participation requirements
  • Nondiscrimination and coverage testing
  • Calculation of employee contributions to the plan
  • Allocation of contributions, gain/losses and forfeitures
  • Determination of amounts due terminated employees
  • Explanation of alternate forms of distributions for terminated or retired employees
  • Preparation of individual employee benefit statements
  • Preparation of summary annual report

PLAN COMPLIANCE

We continually review proposed and final legislation and changes in ruling and regulations. We then notify our clients and/or their advisors regarding changes that may be required.
